He sets a perfect example of pure devotion to the Lord without expectation of any material reward from Him. Devotees derive great inspiration from his complete surrender to the Lord and seek his blessings to progress on the path of bhakti.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"pgc-sgb-cb The deity was then specially decorated in <em>Benne<\/em> (butter) <em>alankara<\/em> and embellished with dry fruits. Lord Hanuman was also adorned with fresh betel leaves and offered <em>Vade haara<\/em> (a garland of Vadas).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hanuman Ji\u2019s glorious devotional service to Lord Rama and his virtuous qualities are meticulously chronicled in the Ramayana. He perfectly utilised his abilities, like strength, courage, wisdom, perseverance and sense-control, to carry out the orders of Lord Rama.
