Udayastamana Seva

Udayastamana Seva is a unique seva wherein you get a special opportunity to sponsor and participate in all the different sevas performed to the Deities in a day.

Their Lordships Sri Sri Radha Krishnachandra, Sri Sri Krishna Balarama, Sri Sri Nitai Gauranga, Sri Srinivasa Govinda and Sri Prahlada Narasimha receive various sevas every day beginning from mangala arati early in the morning and concluding with shayana pallakki utsava in the night.

As the sponsor of Udayastamana seva, you will be the Yajaman for all the aratis of the day.

You will also get to participate in the following sevas.

• Mulavar Abhisheka of Sri Srinivasa Govinda (Friday only).
• Mulavar Abhisheka of Sri Prahlada Narasimha (Saturday only).
• Nija Pada Seva and Tomala Seva (Except Friday & Saturday)
• Ashtottara Shata Namavali with Rajatha Pushpa (Except Friday & Saturday)
• Rajbhog Offering

As part of Udayastamana Seva, you will also get an opportunity to perform the following sevas:

• Annadana Seva – Personally serving lunch prasadam to the pilgrims visiting the temple on that day.
• Go-puja and Go-seva at the Temple Goshala

In addition, you will also participate in the following activities:

• Visit to Akshaya Patra’s kitchen in the temple premises. Akshaya Patra is the world’s largest mid-day meal programme currently serving 1.7 million children every day.
• Little Krishna video show
• Satsang with senior devotees of the temple
• A grand feast at our Higher Taste Restaurant (God’s Own Cuisine) which culminates the Udayastamana Seva.

The entire experience is sure to be a memorable and spiritually enriching one for you and your family.  You and your family will be provided with free accommodation for 6 people over 2 nights in the temple’s guest house.
