Quality Assurance Executive
Key Responsibilities
- System Implementation: Maintain and verify Food Safety Management Systems, including HACCP plans, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and Good Hygiene Practices (GHP).
- Monitoring & Inspection: Conduct daily inspections of production lines, personal hygiene, and sanitation (SSOPs).
- Testing & Quality Control: Perform or coordinate physical, chemical, and microbiological testing of raw materials, packaging, and finished products.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain, update, and audit documentation (SOPs, records, checklists) for regulatory bodies (e.g., FSSAI, FDA).
- Audit Management: Support internal and external audits (BRC, ISO 22000) and ensure timely closure of non-conformities.
